Earlier this week, the Governor signed, AB 110, legislation that extends Prop 39: the Clean Energy Jobs Act, indefinitely. If you haven’t previously developed a Prop 39 Plan to claim funding for your District, you now have until February 26, 2018 to do so. Developing a Plan in time will require that you get started soon. The timeline below shows the key steps needed to complete a qualified Prop 39 Energy Expenditure Plan.
The good news:
